Comedy Anime Reviews: Ouran High School Host Club

Ouran High School Host ClubOuran High School is defined by one, prestigious families and two, wealth,, so how is it that Fujioka Haruhi, a normal commoner girl, could end up insuch a place? Either way, one day, merely looking for a quiet place to study, Haruhi accidently comes across the third music room, and with it, the ouran host club, a group of handsome guys that have time giving hospitality to lovely ladies who also have time and profit off of them. At a first glance, the group msitakes Haruhi as a studious commoner boy, which is understandable, seeing as she had messy short hair, glasses covering her eyes, and was wearing slacks and a sweater because she couldn't afford the school uniform. Before she could leave though, Haruhi ended up knocking over a vase worth 8,000,000 yen! To pay for it, Haruhi is made to work as the club's dog, doing things like serving food and cleaning up. One day, the club president realizes her potential and promotes her to working as a host, but he was unaware of her gender. Soon Haruhi's all the members know her secret, but she still has to continue the charade to pay for the vase. It seems very difficult to have to keep this secret from the rest of the school, but with the Ouran Host Club looking out for her, she has nothing to worry about, right? Unfortunately, these guys seem to cause her far worse problems. Will Haruhi be able to survive? There's never a dull moment in this anime, full of chaos and laughter. All the characters are well developed and have hilarious personalities and all contribute to the greatness of this anime. Not to mention, this anime isn't just comedy, but has a bit of almost every genre mixed in.
