Blade of the Immortal
This manga is about Manji a samurai who can not be killed (well almost immortal). In his sinister past he caused the death of 100 samurai (one of those was his sister's husband) and because of that an 800 year old nun named Yaobikuni turned him immortal using Kessen-chu (Sacred blood worms). He goes on a quest to kill 1000 evil men to end his "almost" immortal life. read it to find out what happens.
