XXXHOLiCKimihiro Watanuki is a young boy with a cursed gift. He has the ability to see evil spirits, and somehow they seem attracted to himself. One day he meets a misterious woman who names herself Yuuko. She claims to have the means to end his torment, but she never works for free, and she wouldn't help him until he works for her enough to pay for her services. Thus he starts to work in her shop and discovers that in that place, nothing is what it seems.
This anime title is very well done, complete with stylish animation, catchy opening music and a gripping storyline right from the get go. The animation used in XXXHOLiC is top notch by todays standards and elongates the characters just enough to add orginality and flare. The character development is very well done in this title, giving you only a little about the background of any one character at a time, leaving you wanting to know more about who they are. The voice acting is very well done and the characters themselves are very fun and interesting in their own individual way. I highly recommend this anime title to all anime fans. It has it all, great animation, a great storyline and interesting situations and characters.
